Refunds & Returns
Damages and IssuesÂ
The Pot Place carefully inspect all products before they leave our warehouse, but if something’s not quite right, we want to know about it. Please inspect your order upon delivery and get in touch within 24 hours if there are any defects, damages, shortages, or if something doesn’t match your order. Email us with photos and a description so we can make it right.
If we don’t hear from you within that 24-hour window, we’ll assume your order arrived in good condition and as expected.
Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully or get in touch before purchasing if you’re unsure about a product.
Faulty Items
In the case of a major fault, you're entitled to a full refund under Australian Consumer Law, including any shipping costs.
Warranty Information
Due to the nature of garden pots and their exposure to the elements (sun, rain, wind, soil, water and sea air), we do not offer warranties once items have been delivered and used outdoors or with live plants.
What’s not covered:
- Natural wear and tear, fading or weathering
- Damage from soil, water, or plant growth
- Exposure to harsh conditions
- Modifications, such as drilling holes, sealing drainage, adding concrete or connecting to plumbing
If any alterations are made to the product after delivery, any implied warranty will be void.
Please contact us before making modifications - we're always happy to advise on best practices to prolong the life of your pots.
